i almost thought i could recommend this place, untill i noticed the miniscule breakfast portions, seriously just one piece of bacon? plus, the tv in my deluxe double room could have been bigger, what is this, 1990? oh, and where was my complimentary welcome gift? how hard can that be to arrange?

We had a lovely stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our kids feel right at home. The family room was spacious and clean. breakfast was delightful with plenty of options!
A small shelf in the shower would be a great addition for toiletries. but honestly, that's a minor tweak.

great hospitality but small room
During my three-night stay, the hospitality was phenomenal. Pauline adjusted her menu to accommodate my vegan preferences, providing thoughtful and delicious breakfasts each day. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, creating a home away from home.
The room was a bit cramped for my taste.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The location was perfect for visiting the famous Tower and the Winter Gardens. The friendly staff made breakfast a highlight with tons of choices like fresh fruit and hot options. Rooms were clean and comfy. The mini fridge was a nice bonus.
The only downside was the shower temperature, which could get quite hot at times, so just be cautious with that.
